Description:
Power Split is an excellent thriller for those who don't mind thinking. Fortunately, the thinking parts don't slow down the action parts. There are no drawn out monologues in this action-packed tale. Leon, an adventurer/naturalist, almost dies from a debilitating blackout while submerged on an undersea filming session. Unknown to Leon, his blackout is related to an experimental, near-light-speed space craft. When the craft flies, Leon's brain turns off. As the space journeys get longer, his blackouts become painful to Leon, frightening to his family and baffling to his doctors. In time, they discover the connection and everything gets really exciting.
