Dr. Scat typewriter platen roll and type cleaner

Medium: Glass and plastic
Dimension: 1 1/2 in. diameter, 3 3/4 in. tall
Description:
This cleaner was invented in 1949 and was widely used in 1950s to 1960s. For safety reason, it stopped production in 1972. The company that produced this cleaner is no longer known as the Dr. Scat Chemical Company. It’s now the Starkey Chemical Process Company, still in La Grange, Illinois.
